Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home, working closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership. Deliver care with confidence and consistency while supporting patients with specific needs, utilizing clear plans of care with RN oversight. Maintain compliance with CDC safety guidelines and utilize provided PPE including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Complete required training such as the 2-hour DOEA Alzheimer's course, obtain current Florida LPN licensure, and hold a valid BLS CPR card. Enjoy flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and access to a preceptor program and CEU credits.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video
