Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home, working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership. Deliver care for patients with G-tube, trach, or vent needs, or train in these areas, while maintaining clear plans of care under RN oversight. Maintain valid New Jersey or Multistate LPN licensure, current physical, PPD/Chest X-Ray, and BLS CPR certification, plus a valid driver's license. Earn weekly pay with 24/7 on-call clinical support and PPE provided for every home visit.
Required Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
- Physical from within three years
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
