Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in home settings while working closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership. Deliver care with consistency and focus, utilizing clear plans of care with RN oversight and aligning all procedures with CDC safety guidelines. Maintain patient safety through the use of provided PPE, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer, and utilize the employee portal to manage flexible scheduling and shift requests. This role offers stability and support for an active Florida LPN license holder seeking meaningful patient relationships outside of a traditional hospital environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
