Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients in the home, focusing fully on each child without juggling multiple assignments. Support patients with specific needs while working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership under clear plans of care. Provide care aligned with CDC safety guidelines using provided PPE, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Maintain a valid Pennsylvania LPN license, BLS CPR certification, and driver's license, with G-tube, trach, or vent experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
