Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home, focusing fully on each child without juggling multiple assignments. Collaborate closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership to support patients with specialized needs while maintaining clear plans of care. Adhere to CDC safety guidelines and utilize provided PPE, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer, in every visit. Maintain an active Florida LPN license and current BLS CPR certification, completing required TB testing and Alzheimer's training as needed. Enjoy weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and access to a preceptor program with ongoing CEU credits.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
- FL Care Provider Background Screening
