Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in home settings, working closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership. Deliver care aligned with CDC safety guidelines while utilizing provided PPE, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Maintain active Florida LPN licensure, current BLS CPR certification, and TB testing. Complete required two-hour DOEA-approved Alzheimer's training course. Enjoy flexible scheduling, paid time off, and 24/7 on-call clinical support within a team focused on nurse safety and meaningful patient relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
- FL Care Provider Background Screening
