Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in home settings with full focus and consistency. Support patient needs while collaborating closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership. Maintain clear plans of care aligned with CDC safety guidelines and utilize provided PPE. Requires valid New Jersey LPN license, current physical, BLS CPR certification, and driver's license. Experience with G-tubes, trach, or vents preferred. Required Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
- Physical from within three years
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
