Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients in the home, focusing fully on each child without constant interruptions. Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to deliver care aligned with CDC safety guidelines, utilizing provided PPE including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Manage patient needs such as G-tube, trach, or vent care, or train in these areas as required. Maintain a flexible schedule with 24/7 on-call support available for guidance. Earn weekly pay and direct deposit while utilizing the employee portal to request shifts and earn rewards. This role offers stability and meaningful patient relationships within a clinical team dedicated to nurse safety and success.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
