Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home while collaborating with registered nurses and clinical leadership. Deliver care aligned with CDC safety guidelines using provided PPE, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Support patients with specific needs such as G-tubes, trach, or vents, or participate in the preceptor program to gain experience. This role offers stability within a team focused on nurse safety and success. You will receive clear plans of care with RN oversight, 24/7 on-call clinical support, and access to an employee portal for shift management and rewards. Weekly pay and direct deposit are included in the compensation package.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
