Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home under the oversight of a registered nurse. Manage daily patient needs while collaborating with clinical leadership to ensure consistent, focused care delivery. Maintain strict adherence to CDC safety guidelines and utilize provided PPE for all home visits. This role is available for Licensed Practical Nurses with a valid Pennsylvania license, BLS certification, and a driver's license. Experience with G-tubes, trach, or vents is preferred, though training is available. The position offers weekly pay, PTO, and a preceptor program for those new to home health.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
