Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Summary
Prepare clinical documentation, complete home visits, and report changes in patient status while following the patient's plan of treatment. Provide direct in-home care services to clients in the Cedar Bluff, VA area as part of our award-winning Care Family. This role requires a valid LPN license with at least one year of experience, CPR certification, and training in tracheotomy, ostomy, G-Tube, wound, and bowel/bladder care. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States, have reliable transportation, and be available to work at least two weekends monthly. Full- or part-time hours are available with flexible scheduling and opportunities for overtime and quarterly bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work at least 2 weekends a month
- Tracheotomy care, Ostomy Care, G-Tube, Wound Care, and Bowel and Bladder Care training
- Criminal record check that meets hiring guidelines
- CPR certification
- Two satisfactory references
- Valid LPN license with at least one year of experience as an LPN
- Reliable transportation
