Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Summary
Provide in-home LPN care to clients in the Cedar Bluff, VA area, including completing home visits, preparing clinical documentation, and reporting changes in patient status while following each patient’s plan of treatment. Requires an active LPN license with at least one year of experience, CPR certification, and training in tracheotomy, ostomy, G-Tube, wound care, and bowel/bladder care. Must be able to work at least two weekends per month, pass a criminal background check, provide two references, and have reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN license with at least one year of experience as an LPN
- CPR certification
- Two satisfactory references
- Criminal record check that meets hiring guidelines
- Eligible to work in the United States
