Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care under RN supervision to patients with cardiac and respiratory conditions in the home setting. Monitor and report changes in patient status, administer cardiac medications, and perform wound care, vital sign monitoring, and oxygen therapy support. Reinforce patient and caregiver education on disease processes while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and following infection control protocols. Recognize and report signs of cardiac or respiratory distress promptly. Requires active Florida LPN license, minimum one year clinical experience, and current BLS certification. Weekly pay and flexible scheduling available for immediate hire.
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical, observation, and communication skills
- Ability to follow care plans and work under RN supervision
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in home health or cardiac experience
- Experience with CHF, COPD, post-cardiac care (including CABG)
- IV Certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
