Record patient history, administer prescribed medications via injections and immunizations, and monitor vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and weight. Perform basic wound care, clean injured areas, and assist with daily needs like bathing and dressing while ensuring patients understand release instructions. Provide emotional support, observe patient reactions to medications and mental health status, and monitor fluid and food intake. Move patients safely, observe for skin breakdown, and oversee Nursing Assistive Personnel. Maintain accurate documentation in computer systems and ensure compliance with vaccination and background check requirements.
