Job Summary
Float Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct and indirect nursing care to participants, collaborates with the care team to deliver safe, accurate, and compassionate care, assists with planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized plans of care, supports coordination of services, participates in IDT Plan of Care development, administers treatments per standards, educates participants and families on health needs, conducts home visits when needed, documents care in the EMR, and supports quality improvement initiatives within a calm, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current state LPN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain after hire)
