Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards, the written plan of care, and the physician's treatment plan. Implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team. Administer medications and prescribed treatments while monitoring residents' conditions and reporting changes promptly. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and support a safe, respectful environment for residents and families. Current, unencumbered active LPN license in Massachusetts and valid BLS Certification required. PRN shifts available 7 am-3 pm, 3 pm-11 pm, or 11 pm-7 am with daily pay.
