Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a bilingual English/Spanish role providing hands-on care in oncology/hematology settings. Responsibilities include updating EMR with patient vitals and demographics, medication reconciliation, managing physician inbox tasks, stocking and maintaining supplies, preparing exam rooms, escorting patients, patient education on medications and disease management, assisting with exams/procedures, preparing/administering injections, phlebotomy and lab specimen collection, point-of-care lab testing, EKGs, and documenting medications under physician orders while adhering to the five rights. Requires NYS LPN license and BLS, with strong communication skills and experience using EMR systems. Salary starting at $36/hour in the New York City area (annualized for budgeting).
