Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Behavioral Health role providing direct nursing services and supervising health-related aspects of care for clients. Responsibilities include administering prescribed medications and treatments, performing physical assessments, developing and implementing plans of care, collecting and monitoring patient symptoms and data, coordinating medical care with the Interdisciplinary team, ensuring safety procedures, maintaining licensure knowledge, participating in meetings and quality initiatives, and handling comprehensive medical duties (including staffing, client education, triage, prior authorizations, and documentation). Requires LPN license (NCLEX-PN), Colorado driver’s license, DORA licensure, and Basic Life Support certification. Shift: full-time, overnight, 36 hours/week at SummitStone’s Fort Collins, CO location; differential pay for evenings/nights, weekends, holidays; benefits package available.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse license (pass NCLEX-PN)
- Valid Colorado driver’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- DORA license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Basic Life Support Certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
