Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Provide treatment, rehabilitation, and medical support services to persons served within the program while overseeing medication pursuant to physician's orders. Assess somatic complaints, maintain medical records, and implement primary care physician orders with minimum supervision. Care for individuals with minor injuries or illnesses and offer supportive counseling and clinical rehabilitative services as credentialed. Follow physician orders, assist with dispensing prescribed medication, and exercise independent judgment as an integral member of the treatment team. Deliver emergency medical services 24 hours a day and remain available for duty during natural disasters to ensure continuation of medical services.
