Job Summary
Provide nursing services across ASAM 3.7 Withdrawal Management, Crisis Residential, and Walk-In/Emergency Crisis programs. Deliver care under the supervision of RNs, CRNPs, and other licensed providers while participating in care planning, implementation, and evaluation using focused assessments. Administer medications and therapeutic treatments within LPN scope of practice, support crisis stabilization through trauma-informed de-escalation, coordinate with the multidisciplinary team, and maintain accurate documentation following safety protocols. This newly opening behavioral health program at Lenape Valley Foundation offers part-time and full-time shifts with significant weekend and overnight differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania LPN license
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in psychiatric, behavioral health, addiction treatment, or related healthcare settings preferred
- Knowledge of mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and psychotropic medications
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
