Job Summary
Develop individualized Nursing Care Plans in conjunction with the Unit Director to ensure customer needs are met. Assist in the orientation of and supervision of nursing personnel while attending to daily unit operations on a per shift basis. Assume leadership responsibilities as needed within the short-term rehabilitation and long-term care setting. Candidates must be a graduate of an approved Practical or Vocational Nursing school and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing, with geriatric or rehabilitative experience preferred.
