Job Summary
LPN provides nursing care to patients within an interdisciplinary team, monitors and reports changes in patient condition, assigns duties and provides clinical supervision to CNAs, delivering quality care in accordance with Life Care standards. Must hold an active LPN license, demonstrate excellent customer service and a positive attitude, and be prepared to work the night shift on-site in Centerville, TN. Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, administering care, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- One (1) year geriatric nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
