Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Baylor Night

Admissions, discharge, and transfers of residents; medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians; medication administration; and following infection control, emergencies, and center policies. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide best outcomes, identifying and reporting abnormal changes in residents' condition per policy. Deliver nursing care to patients requiring long-term or rehabilitative care, collecting data, making observations, and implementing the plan of care while maintaining documentation and equipment standards. Maintain confidentiality and patient rights. Works under direct supervision in accordance with the state-specific Nurse Practice Act and facility policies. Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening required.
