Job Summary
Conduct one-to-one client care by traveling to a client's home on a flexible schedule you choose. Perform assessments, monitor conditions, and properly document doctors' orders, observations, interventions, and evaluations. Execute and follow up on medical directives while providing compassionate care to both pediatric and adult clients in Lebanon. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
- Current CPR Certification
