Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care to residents and patients in a skilled nursing/rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, implementing individualized treatment plans, supervising CNAs and participating in their evaluation, overseeing Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program, and conducting thorough evaluations of residents' medical status at admission and throughout treatment. Requires active LPN license; offers a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Location: West Palm Beach, FL.
Required Qualifications
- A current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN
- Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
