Job Summary
Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident and conduct thorough evaluations of medical status upon admission and throughout treatment. Supervise CNAs and participate in their evaluation while overseeing the Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program. Provide nursing services and perform other duties as assigned. This role requires a current, unencumbered, active state LPN license with preferred Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation experience. Located in Palm Harbor, Florida, the position offers competitive pay, holiday pay, PTO, 401k with a match, and family health, dental, and vision insurance.
