Job Summary
Conduct and document a thorough evaluation of each resident's medical status upon admission and throughout the resident's course of treatment. Perform other duties as assigned in a Skilled Nursing or Rehabilitation facility. Maintain a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN. Work 12-hour shifts (7a-7p & 7p-7a) with a competitive pay rate of $31-$36/hour.
