Job Summary
Provide in-home nursing care as an LPN/LVN in Aveanna’s homecare setting for pediatric and adult patients; ensure quality clinical outcomes through assessments and medication administration, and maintain electronic documentation via a tablet. Must hold an active LPN license, have CPR certification, and pass the TB skin test. Role supports flexible scheduling with full-time days/nights and weekend shifts; sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits available. Collaboration with interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and ongoing skill advancement with paid training.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test (within last 12 months)
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
