Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults while maintaining outstanding clinical outcomes. Provide licensed practical nursing services in patient homes, utilizing tablets for electronic documentation and supported by 24/7 local clinical assistance. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Complete TB skin testing within the last 12 months and ensure reliable transportation for all shifts. Work flexible schedules including days, nights, and weekends across full-time, part-time, or PRN roles.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 30 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
