Job Summary
Provide licensed practical nursing care in home settings for patients and families. Maintain electronic documentation via tablet devices and ensure outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate delivery. Complete daily patient assessments, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring as part of your homecare responsibilities. Maintain an active LPN/LVN license, current CPR certification, and a negative TB test. Possess reliable transportation and six months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred. Flexible scheduling available for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles including days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
