Job Summary
Provide direct, compassionate homecare to children and adults in the community, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through daily patient visits and electronic documentation via tablet. Deliver care with heartfelt empathy while maintaining an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends with 24/7 local support available. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
