Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults while maintaining outstanding clinical outcomes. Provide licensed practical nursing services in patient homes, utilizing tablets for electronic documentation. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Complete a TB skin test within the last 12 months and possess reliable transportation. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends with 24/7 local support. Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
