Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through direct patient support. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Perform electronic documentation via patient tablets and adhere to state-specific requirements including TB testing. Provide care for both full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends. Reliable transportation is required. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
