Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults while ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and provide current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Perform daily patient care tasks supported by electronic documentation via a tablet in each patient's home. Adhere to a flexible scheduling model offering full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends. Ensure TB skin tests are current within the last 12 months and possess reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
