Job Summary
Provide licensed practical nursing care in home settings, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes for children and adults with heartfelt compassion. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and complete a current TB skin test within the last 12 months. Deliver care while utilizing the tablet provided in each patient's home for electronic documentation. Reliable transportation is required for this role. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
