Job Summary
Provide urgent homecare nursing support for patients with complex Acuity levels including G-tube, Trach, and Vent. Deliver compassionate care across both day and overnight shifts, with full-time, part-time, and PRN options available. Maintain active LPN licensure and current CPR certification while utilizing tablet-based electronic documentation for accurate patient records. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN license
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
