Job Summary
Provide licensed practical nursing care in home settings, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes for children and adults with heartfelt compassion. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and complete current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Perform tasks requiring reliable transportation and adhere to TB skin test requirements within the last 12 months. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules including days, nights, and weekends with 24/7 local support. Utilize tablets for electronic documentation and advance skills through paid training and career pathing opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
