Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in private duty settings, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through direct patient interaction. Deliver care with a focus on heartfelt compassion and empathy, utilizing Aveanna's tablet-based electronic documentation for each patient's home. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and complete current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Perform duties during flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, while adhering to state-specific requirements and reliable transportation needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
