Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in private duty settings, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through direct patient interaction. Deliver care using electronic documentation via tablets provided at each patient's home while maintaining active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure and current CPR certification. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends with 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
