Job Summary
Provide licensed practical nursing care in home settings, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes for children and adults through compassionate delivery. Maintain active, unencumbered state licensure and current CPR certification with hands-on component, while utilizing provided tablets for electronic documentation. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends with reliable transportation. Six months prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
