Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in private duty settings, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through heartfelt empathy. Deliver patient care while utilizing the company's tablet for electronic documentation. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and hold current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Complete a TB skin test within the last 12 months and possess reliable transportation. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends. Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
