Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults while ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes. Provide licensed practical nursing services in patient homes using electronic documentation tablets. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Complete TB skin testing within the last 12 months and possess reliable transportation. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends. Six months prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred. Comply with all health-related requirements for Medicare and Medicaid funding, including vaccinations and testing subject to exemptions.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
