Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in their own homes, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through heartfelt empathy. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and perform current TB skin tests. Complete electronic documentation via tablets provided in each patient's home. Deliver care while adhering to all health-related requirements, including vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
