Job Summary
LPN provides hands-on nursing care in in-home settings within Hayden, ID, traveling regionally to deliver services. Responsibilities include head-to-toe assessments, monitoring vital signs, administering medications and treatments for pain relief, educating patients and families on care plans, collaborating to update care plans, maintaining HIPAA-compliant EHRs, providing emotional support during end-of-life care, and traveling to patients. Requires active Idaho LPN license, valid driver’s license, CPR/BLS certification, and 1-2 years of clinical experience (home healthcare preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in Idaho
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- 1-2 years of clinical experience, home healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to work independently across varied home environments
