Job Summary
Administer medications, manage daily nursing operations, and ensure residents reach their highest level of functioning. Supervise CNAs to maintain high-quality care standards while fostering a cohesive team environment. Provide exceptional care to residents at Windsor House Nursing & Rehab, supported by a new medical director focused on patient care and quality services. Work M-F or weekend shifts with increased pay differentials available for evening and weekend coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Current license by the State Board of Nursing, as a LPN or LVN
- Able to work cohesively with patients/residents, physicians and other team members
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
