Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Assisted Living

Provide licensed nursing services to residents in an assisted living community, including medication administration, admissions assessments, and development/monitoring of acute and long-term care plans. Perform clinical documentation and tracking as directed, respond to emergencies, educate residents and staff, maintain confidentiality of resident information, and coordinate with physicians, families, and other departments. Must have an LPN license in the practicing state and CPR certification; familiarity with federal and state regulations and basic computer skills. Requires teamwork, ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure, and effective communication in English.
