Job Summary
Administer medications to residents in compliance with Federal, State, and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines. Complete acute and long-term care plans, admission assessments, and clinical documentation for wounds or infection control under director direction. Respond quickly to all emergencies, notify physicians or family members of health changes, and provide general consultation regarding resident concerns. Maintain close communication with all departments, conduct educational meetings for residents and staff, and ensure confidentiality of resident information. Requires current Licensed Practical Nurse license, CPR certification, and 1+ years of senior care experience. Full-time or PRN availability for days and nights.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse's License current in the state in which they are practicing
- CPR Certified
- 1+ years of experience in senior care or related field
- Acceptable proficiency in English
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
- High tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations in a calm and professional manner
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
Desired Qualifications
- Training from an accredited licenses or vocational nursing program
