Job Summary
Provide quality, cost-effective direct care for residents within the unit, collaborating with the healthcare team to assist them in achieving established care outcomes. Report to the Resident Care Director while maintaining independence for residents in a service-rich environment. Work a day and evening rotator schedule with every other weekend evening and holiday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse license
- Specialization and/or specific work experience
