Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Assisted Living - Full-Time

Supervise nursing staff in accordance with facility policy and assume responsibility for the Assisted Living in the absence of the Director. Administer personal hygienic, preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitation services to residents while managing daily work assignments and ensuring quality care. Communicate changes in resident conditions, staffing issues, and personnel concerns to the Director, and round with physicians to share information and ensure orders are signed. Maintain weekly charting for skilled nursing residents, keep units clean and hazard-free, and handle emergencies appropriately. Orient new admissions, attend supervisory meetings, and maintain confidentiality regarding resident and employee records. Requires current Ohio LPN license, CPR certification, and familiarity with state regulations. Full-time position with regular attendance.
