Job Summary
Provide licensed nursing services in an assisted living community, including medication administration, admissions assessments, and development/maintenance of acute and long-term care/service plans. May conduct clinical system tracking (e.g., wounds, infection control), advise on health concerns, notify physicians/families of health changes, respond to emergencies, and educate residents and staff. Maintain confidentiality and complete appropriate documentation. Requires LPN license current in the practicing state and CPR certification; English proficiency and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Vaccination required unless exempt.
Required Qualifications
- Must have Licensed Practical Nurse’s License current in the state in which they are practicing
- CPR Certification
- Experience in senior care or related field (1+ years)
- Training from an accredited licensed practical/vocational nursing program
